Quit Ready offers a free service to patient’s living in Rutland.
One of their advisors will give you call and stay in touch with you over the 12 weeks of the programme. They will provide you with the most up to date support and coping mechanisms to help you stay smoke free. (Did you know that you are three times more likely to stop smoking if you have support from an advisor as well as stop smoking medications).

Services to help patients quit smoking in Lincolnshire are provided by One You Lincolnshire.
A full range of support is available from One You, including face-to-face clinics, telephone and online support. The service is available for anyone in the county who wants to quit smoking above the age of 12 years.
